Young Musicians

Oliver Pearce – cello and fellow young musicians

We have some interesting musicians lined up and please expect a variety of music genres. The purpose of the evening is to give a supportive opportunity to any young person who has reached the equivalent of grade 8. We have a fund which can supply the Club’s Muriel Lewis Award if we find someone with outstanding ability.

I have asked Nicki Pearce (she played the Rachmaninov cello sonata with Christina for us) to organise the musicians, since she is involved with music teaching at Canolfan Gerdd William Matthias.
