A recent Guardian review of the way he addressed the vagaries in Schumann’s music considered his interpretation to be “profound” \nLlyr has made a considerable mark in his role as a regular accompanist for the Cardiff; Singer of the World competition

DESCRIPTION:Erin Rossington\, soprano\nEllis Thomas piano \nDvorak\, Gypsy Songs.\n\nDvorak  Song to the moon\n\nAmy Beach romantic songs\n\nWelsh composers E T Davies\, Haydn Morris and D E Edwards\n\nRichard Strauss songs\nErin has a growing reputation in the opera world\, performing regularly on the concert platform and on stage. Amongst a number of awards\, she won the International Voice of the Future at the Llangollen International Eisteddfod; the Lieder Prize at David Clover Singers Platform in 2019 and 2020 and the prestigious Elizabeth Harwood Memorial Prize at RNCM in 2019. She has performed at the Royal Albert Hall and the Royal Festival Hall and appeared at Buxton\, Aldeburgh and Buenos Aires. I was especially interested to see that she is working with musicians we have been delighted by\, the Carducci String Quartet.
