Our new Club President visits us with a programme that will be highly popular.
Llyr Williams was an early Muriel Lewis awardee and we certainly made a good choice back then because he has gone on, becoming a world class pianist and very much in demand. A recent Guardian review of the way he addressed the vagaries in Schumann’s music considered his interpretation to be “profound”
Llyr has made a considerable mark in his role as a regular accompanist for the Cardiff; Singer of the World competition
