This concert is a response to audience enthusiasm following their first appearance a couple of years ago. Alex is also known to us from a solo piano recital which elicited a similar response so I have no problem in bringing these two Russian musicians back to Rhyl.
Both studied at the Guildhall in London and are now developing major careers. Anna Liisa is as good a technical player as you would find anywhere but more importantly we are confident of her ability to interpret the music and communicate. She plays regularly with established musical partners and orchestras and teaches in Estonia.
Alex has also performed worldwide and is the winner numerous competitions.
Russia and Ukraine have produced marvellous musicians over the decades and our Club is delighted to showcase three of them for our January concerts.
